CONFERENCE FEES Full Conference The full conference fee of $460 includes all sessions, Saturday night banquet, one manuscript evaluation, and break refreshments. No rebate is given if you do not attend the banquet. Daily Fee The daily fee of $130 includes all sessions for that day, one manuscript evaluation, and break refreshments. Discounts Early registration through April 15: $25/full conference or $5/day Alumni: $25/full conference or $5/day Walk-in Fee After May 29 Add $15/full conference or $10/day HOUSING AND MEALS Campus Rooms Full conference: double room/all meals: $250; single room/all meals: $330 Daily rate/no meals: double room: $50/night; single room: $65/night Meals Lunches and dinners: $65 All meals: $95 Individual meal tickets: breakfast, $6; lunch, $8.50; dinner, $10.50 Banquet for daily conferee/spouse/friend: $25 each MANUSCRIPTS Second manuscript evaluation: $20 CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations before May 21 will receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee. Emergency cancellations after that date will be evaluated on an individual basis.
