Full Conference
The full conference fee of $460 includes all sessions, Saturday night banquet, one manuscript evaluation, and break refreshments.
No rebate is given if you do not attend the banquet.
Daily Fee
The daily fee of $130 includes all sessions for that day, one manuscript evaluation, and break refreshments.

Second manuscript evaluation: $20
Cancellations before May 21 will receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee. Emergency cancellations after that date
will be evaluated on an individual basis.
